Now we’ve created Zoom, a new mainstream conservatory roof from our specialist roof division. The combination of products from Safeware, Profile 22 and Zoom reduces supplier invoices for hardware, profile and roofs to just one. And only one order to place, direct with specialists who know the products inside out.
The guiding principles behind the Zoom roof concept, as with all Profile 22 products, are that it delivers you increased productivity, reduced costs and increased sales opportunities. The Zoom roof saves you time and money by being simple to fit, using similar techniques to the most common conservatory roof systems, and allows you to create virtually any common roof configuration, in traditional or contemporary styles, to maximise your sales opportunities.
Profile 22 has invested £5m to create the industry’s newest range of 60mm and 70mm products. FC60 is a range of slimline thermally efficient profiles, a versatile system suitable for both modern and traditional properties. Our three 70mm systems, branded FI70, FB70 and FS70, are a range of profiles featuring chamfered, bevelled or sculptured designs. Uniquely, both the 70mm and 60mm systems share common components, which means reduced stockholding, simpler ordering and easier cashflow – plus the opportunity to design different frames for existing and new markets at minimal cost.
Every Profile 22 system supplied has over 15 built-in features that cut fabrication and fitting time. In fact, our Bubblex gasket alone will save at least 9 minutes and 24 seconds on every frame you make.

Our specialist roof division spent twelve months creating a product that is genuinely simple and quick to make and fit - whatever configuration you are considering.
Because Zoom is so new, most customers will already be familiar with other roof systems, so we have made fabrication and installation techniques as universal as possible, mirroring conventional techniques. But unlike established systems, Zoom gives you something different to sell in the market and is only available from us in bar length - kits are only available from Zoom fabricators.
